Welcome to the 2006 Palo Alto Black and White Ball!

Since 1987, the Palo Alto Black and White Ball has been one of Palo Alto's premier charitable events. Presented by the Palo Alto Recreation Foundation, this year's highly anticipated gala will take place at the historic Lucie Stern Community Center on October 4, 2008 and promises to be another huge success.

Sponsors and attendees come together to support two values that make Palo Alto great: our strong sense of community and our excellent schools. The Ball benefits both the Palo Alto Recreation Foundation, which promotes the social, cultural and recreational needs of Palo Alto residents, and Palo Alto Partners in Education (PIE), which sustains our community tradition of extraordinary education.

The Palo Alto Black and White Ball is organized by some of Palo Alto's most committed and talented community and business leaders, and they know how to throw an extraordinary, elegant, not-to-be-missed party!

This formal affair offers live bands, diverse theatrical and musical performances, food from top Bay Area restaurants and dancing till 1:00 a.m. in two venues: the Stern Ballroom and outdoors - under the stars! Over 1500 guests dazzle the night away in an extraordinary setting created by combining unique dacor, artistry, and features in one great location. The result is an extraordinary experience that makes for long and lasting memories as we celebrate Palo Alto together.

See you at the Ball!
